<h2>The Club Soccer Aylmer (CSA) thanks you for your confidence and invites you to read the following terms and conditions that apply to your registration.</h2>
<p><em><strong>You will need a Visa or MasterCard to complete the registration payment. No debit cards are accepted.</strong></em></p>

<h3>REGISTRATIONS</h3>
<p>The CSA reserves the right to cancel an activity or refuse registrations if available spaces have already been filled. In such cases, all fees paid at the time of registration will be fully refunded. Prices shown are valid only during the registration period mentioned. Registration dates will be published on the CSA website prior to each registration period. CSA reserves the right to change prices without notice.</p>
<h3>SUSPENSIONS</h3>
<p>The CSA reserves the right to automatically and without notice suspend the passport of any player whose payment, or part of the payment, by cheque or credit card has been refused by the bank. The CSA reserves the right to suspend the passport of any player who has not paid the full fees related to the activity in which he/she is participating.... The same policy will apply to all players who are indebted to the CSA.</p>
<h3>REFUND POLICY</h3>
<p>As stipulated by the Office de la protection du consommateur, a consumer may, at any time and at his or her discretion, terminate his or her registration contract with the CSA by means of a notice of claim <a href="https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=RSXFd8goaku4-5Y9evckcCW5Txl_qXFOjkHOJFZOPzFUNjY5M1g5TkhMNFI4UEdHNVFIM1hYMUZPMC4u" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>VIA AN ONLINE FORM BY CLICKING HERE</strong>. </a>The registration contract will be automatically terminated as of the date of sending of the refund request according to the club's refund policy, which can be consulted by <a href="https://aylmersoccer.qc.ca/images/Documents/2024-2025/POLITIQUES/Politiques%20de%20remboursement%20ETE%202025%20ANG.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>CLICKING HERE</strong>.</a></p>
<h3>OTHER CONDITIONS</h3>
<p>Is considered an active member of the CSA, for one year, from the date of his paid and non-refunded registration during one of the seasons of activities at the club, one of the parents or legal guardian of any minor player, affiliated member of Soccer Quebec. Is also considered an active member of the CSA, for one year, from the date of his paid and non-refunded registration, players who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of the general assembly, registered during one of the seasons of activities of the club. By becoming a member of the Aylmer Soccer Club, all players and parents of players agree to respect the rules of the Club. By becoming a member of the Aylmer Soccer Club, unless otherwise notified in writing to the Aylmer Soccer Club at <strong>info@aylmersoccer.qc.ca</strong>, any player or parent of a player authorizes the Aylmer Soccer Club to take pictures of him/her and to use them for its communication and promotional activities (advertising, social networks, media, etc.). In case of emergency, any member authorizes the Aylmer Soccer Club to act on his behalf in order to provide him or his child with the medical care required for his state of health. He also agrees to assume the costs related to his health and safety and that of his child.... Furthermore, he declares that he has read <a href="https://aylmersoccer.qc.ca/index.php/en/member-area" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>THE VARIOUS RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE CLUB</strong></a>, that the information given is true and that he believes himself or his child to be in good health and able to participate in the activities.&nbsp;</p>
