2024/25 CRMHA Hockey Season

Please read through the following Terms and Conditions:

• I acknowledge that my child cannot participate in any on ice activities if fees are not FULLY paid.  If a parent needs more payment options, please contact the treasurer at [email protected]
• I acknowledge if my first payment is not received by CRMHA either by credit card or e-transfer, there will be one contact attempt before my child is moved to a waiting list for their division.
• I acknowledge if my first 2 installment payments are missed, my child will be removed from evaluations.  If 3 or 4 payments are missed my child will be removed from practices and games until payment is received.
•  I acknowledge that once my registration is completed, I will not be guaranteed a full refund.
• CRMHA will accept the following for fee payments:
  • Credit card
  • E-transfer
    • Please submit e-transfers to [email protected]
    • When creating the security question and answer, please use: 
      • Question: What is the sport our children play?
      • Answer: hockey
    • In the message section of the e-transfer please note:
      • name of person paying
      • player's name
      • level they are registered for
