CCMHA reserves the right to move players to balance team rosters, when necessary. Parents will be contacted directly to advise of this. In the event of mutliple teams in a division, a team of coaches will be selected to divide teams evenly.
Rates: Colborne Minor Hockey prides themselves in the ability to keep our registration costs down, but please know, that these prices DO NOT cover any ice time after January 1 of each season. In order to continue on ice, we make several fundraising efforts (raffle tickets, meat sticks, etc.) throughout the season to raise enough money to fund an additional 10-12 weeks of ice time. We need your help to make this possible.
A $50 NSF fee will be applied to the players hockey Canada account for any returned cheques.
A player is considered registered when payment has been made in full, or a set payment plan in good standing.
Refund: In the event a written request for a registration refund, the amount of the refund will be determined as follows:
<ol>
<li>Refunds prior to September 15 will be reduced by $50/player, to cover the insurance fee paid and administrative fee.</li>
<li>Refunds after September 15 will be calculated and will be reduced by $50 for Insurance and administrative fee and an additional cost of ice time used by each player- to be calculated up to the date the written notice was received.</li>
<li>Due to unforeseen circumstances (such as COVID-19), should CCMHA need to terminate the season prior to December 31, a formula will be used to calculate the amount of ice time used by each team and CCMHA executive will determine if a refund is applicable. If CCMHA terminates the season after December 31, no refunds will be provided, as any ice time after January 1 is covered by fundraising efforts.</li>
