Registration for men's competitive teams

The signing of the Celtic Player Agreement represents a commitment and, as such, entails certain responsibilities of both parties. Thus, accepting a place in a Celtic Club activity is a commitment not only to the Club and the coach, but also to the other participants. By signing this contract, the athlete and his legal representatives (if applicable) agree to the following reimbursement terms. Our refund policy takes into account that many fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable; and that a replacement player is rarely available, which means that an increased financial burden is placed on the remaining families due to the departure of the child after joining the team.

For all Celtic Club teams:

1. Reimbursement of 60% of the remaining weeks in case of withdrawal of the player from the team, excluding the fixed costs already incurred*.
2. Reimbursement of 80% of the remaining weeks in the event of injury or illness which prevents a return to play for the rest of the season, excluding fixed costs already incurred* (on presentation of a medical certificate)
3. No refund for violation of the Celtic athlete's code of conduct

For reimbursement requests relating to the activities mentioned above, any part of the costs already paid, products or services purchased on behalf of your child during your time with the Club cannot be reimbursed. The remaining (reimbursable) fees from the date of withdrawal from our activities will be reimbursed recording the above conditions.

*Fixed costs incurred: VQ and Celtique affiliation, Celtique kit, proportion already incurred for tournaments, rental of gyms, coach's salary.

Number of practices:
The amount of the contribution is calculated on the overall expenses of the season and not on a specific number of practices. If some cannot be maintained, we will do our best to postpone them to another time. No refund will be made for a practice that we would be forced to cancel.
