Carman Minor Hockey Registration

Hockey fees are to be paid in full at time of registration, unless a deferred credit card payment plan is chosen. 

Options for payment include:

Credit Card Installment Payment Plan

This year we are offering an installment payment plan.  This option is ONLY available if you are choosing to pay by credit card.  If you wish to pay by cheque or e-transfer then all funds are due at time of registration. 

First installment at time of registration is 50% of fee, 2nd installment on November 15, 2022 is 25% of fee and 3rd installment on January 15, 2023 is remaining 25% of fee.

Canteen Volunteer Obligation

Three post-dated bond cheques (for December 1, 2024) for $175 each are required to be mailed to Carman Minor Hockey.  (Box 1451)

For a family with more than one child in hockey, one additional bond cheque is required for each additional hockey player in the family.  For example:  A family with 3 children registered to play in Carman Minor Hockey would be required to work 5 canteen shifts and this submit 5 canteen bond cheques.

Parents with a child in Initiation hockey only are required to work only 2 canteen shifts and submit 2 canteen bond cheques.

Post-dated cheques will be destroyed once all required canteen shifts have been completed.

In lieu of working the canteen shifts parents may opt to pay out their canteen shifts.  This can be done either through e-transfer or cheque.  Please contact Jodi Winkler at [email protected] to let her know of your wishes to pay out your canteen shifts.

Players will not be allowed on the ice for tryouts or first practices if all fees and canteen bond cheques have not been collected.

A $100 fundraising fee is included in the registration.

Refund Policy

Refund on withdrawn registration shall be as follows:

1.  Date of registration - September 30th = 100% refund

2.  September 30 (or once teams are made) - December 1 = 50% refund

3.  After December 1st = No Refund
