CRFMHA Registration 2024-25

Refund Policy for Basic Registration

Prior to August 14: fees paid minus $50 administration fee. Between Aug 15-Sept 30: fees paid minus $150. Oct 1-November 15: 50% of fees paid minus $50 administration fee. November 16 onward: No refunds (see special considerations) U13-A, U15-A, & U18-A Tryout Fees non-refundable after 2359 hrs July 3, 2023. Extra Rep Fees for U13-A, U15-A, U18-A are nonrefundable. Extra U11 development fees are nonrefundable. Special consideration may be given in the case of relocation, medical or compassionate grounds. A season ending injury will require a doctor’s note along with notification of withdrawal. Refunds will be assessed to the nearest week the player request is submitted to the registrar. These requests will be reviewed by and approved at the Board of Directors’ discretion. Applicable only to members in good standing.

Membership

Each adult named in this registration form will become a member of the CRFMHA, with all of the associated rights and obligations of membership, as set out in the CRFMHA Bylaws. Participation in any and all CRFMHA activities, including practices, games, tournaments, development activities and assessments/try-outs, is open to Members in good standing, which includes making payments according to the published fee schedules for recreational and competitive hockey. Members who are not compliant with the published fee schedule and have not made alternate arrangements with the Treasurer are not in good standing and may be subject to an administrative suspension of playing privileges. If financial concerns prevent you from paying as per our payment schedule, you must have a customized payment plan set up with the Treasurer (email treasurer@crfmha.ca) Programs exist to help low income families pay for sports so please contact the Registrar if you need information about Kidsport, JumpStart, First Shift, Esso Fun Days. (email: equipment@crfmha.ca) Be aware that individual teams may decide to do fundraising for tournament entry fees, special gear, etc. (in compliance with the CRFMHA policy for sponsorship and fundraising) as approved by the parent group during start-up meetings with team staff.

Jersey Deposit U13 to U21 only

$150 fee payable at initial registration and fully refundable when player leaves the association provided all Reign jerseys have been returned in good condition each season. Damaged jerseys may result in 1) forfeit of deposit and 2) requirement that another deposit be made when re-registering.

REP and DEV A Fees

Extra REP fees for players selected to U13-A, U15-A, & U18-A teams: Total $775.00: $387.50 DUE ON OR BEFORE Oct 1 and $387.50 DUE ON OR BEFORE Nov 1. By mid-September, notification will be sent by email including the HCR link for online payment information. Extra Development fees for players selected to U11 Development A team: Total $550: $275 DUE ON OR BEFORE Nov 1 and $275 DUE ON OR BEFORE Dec 1. By mid-October, notification will be sent by email including the HCR link for online payment information.
