<p>The Online Registration Terms constitute a contract between you and Canterbury Hockey Association (CHA). Please read them carefully. To register using the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR), you must accept the Terms by clicking &ldquo;I Accept&rdquo;.</p>
<h2>Code of Conduct</h2>
<p>By registering as a CHA volunteer and accepting these terms and conditions, you are agreeing to comply with the <a href="https://www.hockeycanada.ca/en-ca/corporate/about/code-of-conduct" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hockey Canada</a>, <a href="http://www.hockeyeasternontario.ca/docs/6.33%20Codes%20of%20Conduct.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hockey Eastern Ontario</a>, and <a href="http://canterburyhockey.ca/page.php?page_id=43878" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Canterbury Hockey Association</a>'s Code of Conduct.</p>

<p>By registering as a volunteer and accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to obtain the necessary certifications and qualifications in a timely manner. <strong>All certifications and qualifications must be authorized by the Board of Directors before being considered for reimbursement.&nbsp;</strong></p>
