Payment must be made in full prior to participating in On Ice Activity, unless other arrangements have been made and approved.

Rep Try Out Fee for 1st and 2nd entry Teams is $100.00 for four skates. Payable once.

Payment may be made by credit card, e-transfer or cheque or cash.

All Registration for Campbellford Minor Hockey Association are subject to approval from our Executive.

If a player is offered a spot on a team and decides to withdraw from CMHA after they have accepted the spot, but prior to the season commencing, a $300 fee will be charged.

Should a player withdraw during the season for non-medical reasons the parent may apply to the executive for a pro-rated refund.

Should a player be unable to participate for a duration of a month or longer due to medical illness or injury, a pro-rated refund will be issued.
