Payment Methods accepted: Online credit card payment in full or in installment payments
E-transfers which must be completed before the player steps on the ice.&nbsp;&nbsp;Send etransfers to cmhaoffice2@gmail.com and type the player(s) name(s) and date(s) of birth in the message line. Any player applying for registration assistance through Jump Start or other funding organization must apply and receive approval ahead of registering the player. All players - the payment deadline is August 30th
If payment is not received by the deadline stated above, any players attending rep or select tryouts in the fall, the player's name will not appear on any evaluation lists and they will be ineligible to participate. For any refund requests - please refer to our refund policy located on our website. ** PARENT RESPECT IN SPORT**
Parent Respect in Sport MUST be completed by one parent or guardian for each player born in 2004 and after&nbsp;who have not already completed the online course.&nbsp;&nbsp; There is a fee of $12.00 to be paid online at time of registration for this course.
