REGISTRATION SUMMER 2024

REFUND POLICY: The member / player may, at any time and at his discretion, cancel his registration / affiliation contract with the CSRDP by means of a written notice to this effect to the Club. Any reimbursement request sent to CSRDP following the cancellation of a registration / affiliation contract will be processed under the following statements: An administration fee will be applied to the amount refunded. This fee is equal to the amount of $25.00. If the affiliation period has not begun, affiliation fees can be reimbursed by the club. Otherwise, membership fees for CSRDP, Concordia Regional Soccer Association ($8.93), Soccer Quebec ($7.07) and Soccer Canada ($9.00) are not refundable and will therefore be deducted from the amount reimbursed. If the member / player cancels the registration / affiliation contract before the start of the activities, a full refund will be granted for fees related to activities. If the equipment has not yet been received by the member when requesting reimbursement, the costs related to the equipment will be reimbursed. If the member / player cancels the registration / affiliation contract after the start of the activities, the calculation of the amount that will be refunded will be established according to the date of the request for cancellation of the contract and prorated for the remaining activities provided the request is made within 30 days from the start of activities. Any activities that have taken place (including practices, games and all other activities related to registration) will not be reimbursed, even if the participant could not be present. If a release is required, a $40 fee will be charged for the release.

For example: $290.00 (House League) - $25.00 Administration fees - $57.49 Equipment Fees - $25.00 Affiliation Fees = $182.51 x 8 weeks of activity remaining out of 12 = $121.67 to be refunded.
