BLOMHA Payment Terms and Conditions
By using the Hockey Canada Registry, the participant agrees to using their credit card (VISA or MasterCard) through the SportsPay payment provider.
Registrations after July 15th, 2023, 11:59 PM will be subject to a $50 late fee that will automatically show on the registration.
Payment Terms: Split payments will proceess 50% of fee upon registration. Balance of payment will automatically be taken on September 15th, 2023.

New Players: We are obligated to verify age and residency. Your registration will not be confirmed until required documentation is received, and the mandatory Respect in Sport for Parents online course is complete and on file. Do not repeat this course if you have completed it for another player.
Special Requests: BLOMHA does not accept special requests to play for specific coaches. Our focus is team balancing, in an attempt to ensure every player in the association has a fair and equitable season.
Friend Requests: BLOMHA accepts requests to play with friends or a specific coach for the U6, U7 and U8 Initiation Divisions ONLY. No requests for other divisions will be entertained.
