Bashaw Minor Baseball - Registration Confirmation and Terms
Welcome to Bashaw Minor Baseball! We are excited to have you as part of our community. Please take a moment to read and understand the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration and Participation:
-By registering with Bashaw Minor Baseball, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. - Participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines set by Bashaw Minor Baseball during all activities and events.
2. Code of Conduct:
- Respect: Treat fellow participants, coaches, officials, and volunteers with respect and courtesy.
- Fair Play: Play by the rules and uphold the principles of fair play and sportsmanship.
- Positive Environment: Promote a positive and inclusive environment free from discrimination, harassment, or bullying.
3. Safety and Well-being:
- Safety First: Prioritize safety during all baseball-related activities. Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or concerns.
- Health Information: Inform Bashaw Minor Baseball of any relevant health information or medical conditions that may impact participation.
4. Equipment and Uniforms:
- Participants are responsible for the care and return of any equipment or uniforms provided by Bashaw Minor Baseball.
- Equipment must be used appropriately and returned in good condition at the end of the season.
5. Communication:
- Stay Informed: Keep yourself updated on schedules, changes, and announcements through official communication channels provided by Bashaw Minor Baseball.
- Respectful Communication: Communicate with coaches, officials, and fellow participants in a respectful and constructive manner.
6. Refund and Cancellation:
- Refund Policy: Refunds will be provided according to the guidelines outlined in the refund policy.
- Cancellation: Bashaw Minor Baseball reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Code of Ethics:
- Participants, coaches, officials, and volunteers are expected to adhere to a high standard of ethical behavior and integrity.
8. Privacy and Information Handling (In accordance with Alberta's FOIP guidelines):
&nbsp;- Personal Information Collection:&nbsp;- Bashaw Minor Baseball collects personal information for the purpose of participant registration, communication, and program administration. This may include names, contact details, health information, and emergency contact information.
- Consent:&nbsp;- By registering with Bashaw Minor Baseball, participants and their legal guardians consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for the stated purposes.
