<li>General Provisions: These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the participation of all players, coaches, and other participants (collectively, the "Participants") in the baseball programs offered by Baseball Alberta (the "Organization"). By participating in the Organization's programs, Participants agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.</li>
<li>Eligibility: Participation in the Organization's programs is open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements established by Baseball Alberta. Participants must be in good physical condition and able to participate in the activities required by the programs.</li>
<li>Fees and Expenses: Participants are responsible for paying all fees and expenses associated with their participation in the Organization's programs. Fees may include, but are not limited to, registration fees, uniform fees, equipment fees, and travel expenses (if applicable).</li>
<li>Medical Treatment: Participants grant permission to the Organization and its agents to secure medical treatment for them in the event of injury or illness during their participation in the Organization's programs. Participants agree to be financially responsible for all medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.</li>
<li>Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner at all times. Participants who engage in unsportsmanlike conduct may be disqualified from further participation in the Organization's programs.</li>
<li>Use of Likeness: Participants grant permission to the Organization and its agents to use their likenesses in photographs, videos, and other promotional materials for the purpose of promoting the Organization's programs.</li>
<li>Limitation of Liability: The Organization assumes no responsibility for injuries or damages suffered by Participants as a result of their participation in the Organization's programs. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organization, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from their participation in the Organization's programs.</li>
<li>Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.</li>
<li>Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Participants and the Organization with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.</li>
<li>Modification: The Organization may modify this Agreement at any time by posting revised terms on its website or providing notice to Participants. Continued participation in the Organization's programs after such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.</li>
