Refund Policy/Jersey Deposit

All registrations must be received and paid in full before the 1st practice of the respective Team registered for the current ball season. Registrations received after the close of the current registration deadlines will be accepted according to roster availability and subject to an additional $25 fee.

Refund policy 11U A Baseball and higher levels: Full refunds* will be issued until commencement of season (practice start date), thereafter 50% refunds will be issued until May 1.  No refund will be issued after May 1.

Refund policy 5U, 7U and 9U: Full refunds* will be issued until commencement of season (practice start date), thereafter 50% refunds will be issued until May 15.  No refund will be issued after May 15.

**All AA Refund requests will be directed to the President for review on a case by case basis**

*Note: Refunds will be subject to a $25 administration fee. If AMBA cannot provide a player with a team to play on, the full registration fee will be refunded and will not be subject to the administration fee.

Any refunds due to and injury on the field will be reviewed by the Board on a case by case basis.

JERSEY DEPOSIT

A $50 Jersey Deposit cheque is required before you receive your Jersey. Cheque should be post-dated June 30, 2024. Cheques will be cashed if Jersey is not returned by June 30. Cheque should be made out to AMBA.
