2024-2025 Registration

All reimbursement requests must be sent by email to the LaSalle Couguars Hockey Association at [email protected]. The reimbursement request will be assessed by the officials concerned.

Unless otherwise indicated if a refund is made, the following terms will apply:

A fee of $35.00 will be withheld from the registration amount for any cancellation before the start of the activity.

A fee of 35% of the total invoice will be retained for any cancellation request between the start of the activity and October 15.

No refund will be issued for any request made after October 16.

If your child received a game jersey, your refund will not be processed until the jerseys are returned (or paid for if lost/damaged).

Important note - Hockey Canada – Hockey Québec – Hockey Lac St. Louis membership fees and insurance fees are non-refundable once the member has taken part in the activity (these fees are included in the 35% that is retained).
