2025 Summer Registration

REFUND POLICY: A full refund will be provided for all requests received in writing by no later than April 30, 2025. A $50 registration fee will be withheld from all written refund requests received between May 01, 2025 and May 15, 2025. No refunds will be issued for any requests received after May 15, 2025.

TEAM CREATION: 'A' teams will be made based on skill level and performance in tryouts, while 'B' teams will be made through a draft performed by the level's head coaches and overseen by DABA convenors and Executive Board members. No requests to play with friends, etc. will be considered.

AGREEMENT: I, the parent or guardian of the named player (for minors), or I, myself (for adults): hereby give my approval to the registrant's participation in the Dollard Amateur Baseball Association league and activities. I agree that players will be assigned to teams at the discretion of Dollard Baseball. I will assume all risk to the registrant including transportation to and from the activities, whether on or off the baseball fields. I do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agreed to hold harmless the Dollard Amateur Baseball Association and all of its volunteers, officials and affiliates for claims arising out of an injury to the registrant, whether the result of negligence or for any other cause.
