Refund policy / Registration cancellation
U13AA only :
an invoice for $250 will be sent to you shortly after the start of the season for the additional costs incurred to upgrade your child to the U13M AA team only. (This applies mainly to the 2024 regional U12M team.) If you have any questions about this team, please contact [email protected].
REFUND POLICY
As stipulated by the Office de la protection du consommateur, a member may, at his or her discretion, terminate his or her registration contract with the ASGPK by sending a written notice to this effect by e-mail to [email protected], specifying "REQUEST FOR REFUND" in the subject line. The registration contract will be cancelled as of the date the refund request is sent. The refund form available on our website (www.gpksoccer.com) must be duly completed and enclosed with the request.
BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON If the member cancels the contract before the start of the season, the ASGPK will honor the cancellation request. However, an administration fee of $25.00 to cover credit card and registration fees will be deducted. The affiliation fee of $40.72 is non-refundable. The ASGPK will reimburse the consumer according to his or her original method of payment, within a reasonable time after receipt of the request. Refund requests will not be granted in the event of inclement weather, event cancellation or facility closure.
ONCE THE SEASON BEGINS Training sessions and past matches are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the member was unable to attend. All refund requests will be calculated on the basis of the number of games or training sessions remaining in the contract. Equipment (jerseys, shorts and socks) is non-refundable. No refund requests will be accepted after July 2025, except in the case of injury (medical certificate required).
