SportsPay

The Online payment terms constitute a contract between you and Almonte Pakenham Minor Hockey Association (APMHA).  Please read them carefully.  To make a payment using APMHA's Registration online service, you must accept the Terms by clicking "I Accept".  All payments using APMHA's online credit card facilities are subject to the following conditions.

There are two options for payment.  You may pay in full upon registration OR you may pay in 6 installments (20% of total registration; then the remaining balance in 5 equal payments on July 15, August 15, September 15, October 15 and November 15, 2024.  The $100 raffle fee is added to your initial payment.  It cannot be divided into the payment installments.

APMHA ACCEPTS THE FOLLOWING CARDS:

  • MasterCard
  • MasterCard Debit
  • VISA
  • VISA Debit

YOU WARRANT THAT:

  • You are 18 years of age or over.
  • You have the appropriate authority to validly accept the Online Payment Terms and are able to and will meet your obligations in relation to these Terms.
  • The credit card used in connection with the Services is issued in your name or you are authorized to use the credit card.
  • You will pay the credit card issuer all charges incurred in the use of the Services.
  • The information supplied by you is true and correct.

When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card in CDN $ currency.  All payments are debited to APMHA.  There may be delays of 1-3 days in updating your payment.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE SECURE:

  • Payments will be processed directly by SportsPay.
  • Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the internet.
  • APMHA does not store your credit card details

CONFIRMATION:

If successful, you will receive a confirmation notice of your completed payment.

If unsuccessful, you will be advised that your payment has failed.  APMHA will not be advised why a payment has failed; therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details.

By using APMHA's online credit card facilities you accept and consent to your personal data being provided to the Service Provider (SportsPay) for the sole purpose of offering and administering the online payment.  We respect the privacy of every individual who visits our site.  APMHA's website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.  APMHA's Terms and Conditions for online credit card payments are subject to change at any time.  Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.

Important Security Note:  Never transmit credit card information by e-mail.

REFUNDS

A full refund will be given to any player withdrawing before their first scheduled ice time.

Up to December 31, 2024, if you withdraw your player from APMHA, you will receive a partial (pro-rated) refund based on the date the request is received by the Treasurer.  No refunds will be issued after December 31, 2024.

Players who are expelled or suspended are not entitled to a refund.

It is the responsibility of the parent or player to have the Request for Refund form filled out and emailed to the Treasurer at [email protected].

 

**PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY DECEMBER 31, 2024 OR YOUR PLAYER WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY FURTHER ICE TIMES.
