Registration fee payment options will to be determined by AVMHA.&nbsp;If there are non-payments of funds or outstanding fines, the parent/guardians have ten (10) days from the&nbsp;notification to pay in full or the child will not be allowed on the ice until the fees are paid. A fee of $50 will be&nbsp;applied to the amount of the NSF cheque.

Refund Policy&nbsp;&ndash;&nbsp;any player/parent requesting a refund must do so in writing and all refunds shall be as follows

Before first ice time&nbsp;&ndash;&nbsp;100% of fees
</li>
<li style="font-size: 11pt;">
Before October 1&nbsp;&ndash;&nbsp;80% of fees
</li>
<li style="font-size: 11pt;">
Before November 1&nbsp;&ndash;&nbsp;70% of fees
</li>
<li style="font-size: 11pt;">
Before December 1&nbsp;&ndash;&nbsp;60% of fees
</li>
<li style="font-size: 11pt;">
Before January 1&nbsp;&ndash;&nbsp;50% of fees
</li>
</ol>

All refunds shall be less BC Hockey Player Registration fee, HC Liability Insurance and other association costs
</li>

No refunds after January 1 unless the player is injured and will not participate for the remainder of the season, or if the player is moving out of Port Alberni
</li>
<li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri;">
Players suspended by AVMHA, BC Hockey or HC are not eligible for refunds
</li>
<li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri;">
No player will play or practice until full registration has been received or a payment arrangement has been made in writing and agreed to by the treasurer. There may be a 72 hour waiting period from the time of registration until the player is allowed on the ice.
