By registering online, I agree and ensure that my child(ren) reside in Akwesasne Mohawk Territory, or within the limits and boundaries set forth by Hockey Eastern Ontario(HEO).

I agree that once I have decided to proceed with online registration, that I am required to pay half the registration fees by August 31, 2023, and the remainder will be paid in full by October 15, 2023.

Full payments will be required to continue on ice activities.

Any NSF fees incurred by AMHA are to be covered by the payee in full, along with a $50 administrative fee.

I will be required to read, and sign the AMHA player/parent code of conduct before the start of the season.

REFUND POLICY.

Refunds will not be granted once the team rosters have been set up by Registrar.
