<p>All APMHA Bench Staff agree to the following terms and conditions:</p>
<ul>
<li>Coaches will have correct qualifications to coach at their designated age group. All qualifications must be met, all Hockey Canada waivers must be signed and all HCR profile requirements must be met to be successfully rostered to your team.</li>
<li>Valid VSC Police Check and/or Declaration <strong>MUST </strong>be on file with the Ajax Pickering Minor Hockey Association</li>
<li>By completing this registration, all APMHA House League Coaches agree to "balancing" teams if necessary. If balancing is deemed necessary by the association at any level of House League, coaches agree to actively participate in balancing to ensure fair play for all players.&nbsp;</li>
<li>All coaches must follow the APMHA, OMHA, OHF and Hockey Canada codes of conduct. The APMHA reserves the right to remove bench staff both prior to, and during, the season.&nbsp;</li>
