2024-2025 Ajax Pickering Raiders Minor Hockey Registration

IMPORTANT:

• The registered players Hockey Canada profile must have an accurate address listed. Proof of residency (Parent - or player, if applicable - drivers license or utility bill showing a current date) and proof of age documentation (player birth certificate or passport) must be uploaded to the registered players profile. In the past, you may not have been asked for this information but it is now required by Hockey Canada. Players that do not have the correct documentation on their profile will not be placed on a team.
• The registered players Hockey Canada profile must have accurate contact information. The primary email address listed on the HCR Hockey Canada system (and registration invoice) is the email address the APMHA will use to send out association wide communications. APMHA staff are not able to change your email listed in HCR. By registering you are subscribing to the association's mailing list. You may unsubscribe from this list at any time.
• All payments must be received and cleared on the due dates. Early bird pricing will not be extended past the deadline dates. Players are not permitted to participate in any APMHA activity until registration payments have been received, or arrangements have been made with the Ajax Pickering Minor Hockey Association. Registered players with out-standing fees will not be placed on a team.
• Respect in Sport for Parents Online Course: All registered players must have at least one parent complete this online course. Registered players who do not have the RIS for Parents course showing as completed on their HCR profile will not be placed on a team. More information on RIS and links to the course can be found on the APMHA website.
• To pay by E-Transfer, payments must be made to registration@ajaxpickeringminorhockey.com – player full name, year of birth and division must be included in the e-transfer message/details.

APMHA CODE OF CONDUCT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

• All Members of the APMHA (including, but not limited to, players, parents, guardians, coaches, and trainers) agree to abide by all Hockey Canada/OHF/OMHA & APMHA rules, the APMHA Code of Conduct/OMHA Code of Conduct and OMHA social media policy.
• The APMHA reserves the right to adjust team composition during the season. 
• The APMHA reserves the right to remove any APMHA Member or Participant from APMHA programming should that member refuse to follow the Codes of the Conduct, disciplinary reasons or until such a time the member or participant complies with necessary requirements as directed by the APMHA. Reinstatement of the player, guardian or APMHA member is at the sole discretion of the Ajax Pickering Raiders Minor Hockey Association.

APMHA 2024-2025 REFUND POLICY

• House League Only – Up until October 17, 2024
  • In the event of *injury, where a player is unable to continue for the season, a pro-rated refund based on the date the player becomes injured will be granted, less a $100 administration fee. *The refund is conditional upon presentation of a valid physicians note indicating the injury is ‘season ending’.
• Representative Hockey Only - Once a player has been rostered to a team and signed their player card, no registration refunds are allowed or will be processed regardless of the reason.
• Hockey School Only - Refunds will be granted in Hockey School up to October 17, 2024, less a $100 administration fee. No refunds will be issued beyond this date. All refund requests must be completed online using the APMHA "Refund Request Form". Any applicable refunds will be processed by cheque and mailed to recipients within 4-6 weeks.
