2024/2025 Hockey season registration

Hockey MRO's refund policy is as follows:

• until September 1: 100% less administration fees of $100, for a total refund of $500.
• September 1st to 15: 80% of $500 = $400 less Hockey Canada, Hockey Québec and Hockey Lac St-Louis dues - (Membership fees are the fees that all participants must pay to become members of Hockey Canada and Hockey Québec). May vary by level (See note)
• September 16 to October 1: 60% of $400, for a refund of $240 less Hockey Canada, Hockey Québec and Hockey Lac St-Louis dues
• The $50 late fee is non-refundable.
• No refunds after October 1.
• For all refunds, please contact your coordinator.
• Pre-Novice - Until October 31: $150 administration fee, or $450 refund. No refund after November 1.

NOTE:

Hockey Québec 2024-2025 player fee refund policy

Although Hockey Québec's general regulations stipulate that membership dues are non-refundable, Hockey Québec agrees to refund dues when a player "resigns" and quits before September 1, 2024, with written confirmation. After this date, Hockey Québec will only accept a refund once it has obtained proof that the player concerned has not set foot on the ice as part of any of the activities provided by its members.
