CSLMHA Registration 2024-2025 - M15 to M18

There are no refunds for withdrawing from the program once activites have begun.  Partial refunds may be considered, at the sole discretion of the Association, if the player is forced to withdraw for valid medical reasons.

Important note – Hockey Canada – Hockey Québec – Hockey Lac St-Louis membership fees and insurance fees will not be refunded after the member has taken part in the activity.

Any cancellations prior to September 1st will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. As of September 1st the fee increases to $100. After October 1st there will be no refunds.
